  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), diced
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms (cremini or button), sliced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; cook until tender.
