- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped green onions until well combined.
- Generously fill each pepper with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra green onions or ranch dressing if desired.
