  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes per side).
  3. Steam the broccoli for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and just tender.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese; mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with olive oil; sprinkle over the casserole along with the remaining cheese.
