  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  4. In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; gently fold in half of the blueberries.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto prepared sheets; top each with cheesecake mixture and remaining blueberries before swirling gently with a toothpick.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
