- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; gently fold in half of the blueberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto prepared sheets; top each with cheesecake mixture and remaining blueberries before swirling gently with a toothpick.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
