  • 1 lb fresh white fish (tilapia or cod)
  • 2 tbsp blackening spice mix
  • 4 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat fish dry and coat both sides with blackening spice mix.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp oil.
  3. Sear fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened and flaky.
