Description

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth with some lumps.
  3. Mix in melted butter or coconut oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, baking powder, flour, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean or slightly sticky.
