Ingredients
- 4 medium artichokes
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse artichokes under cold water and trim stems.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil gradually until moist yet crumbly.
- Gently pull apart artichoke leaves and stuff the breadcrumb mixture between each leaf.
