  • 2 cups diced apples (e.g., Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel, core, and chop the apples into small cubes. Toss with lemon juice.
  3. In one bowl, melt the butter. In another bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Cut biscuit dough into quarters. Roll each piece in melted butter, then coat with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. In a greased bundt pan, layer half of the dough pieces followed by half of the chopped apples. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
