  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
