- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells in boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and chopped basil. Mix until well combined.
- Generously stuff each shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Pour half of the marinara sauce into a baking dish and place the stuffed shells on top. Cover with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
