- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 oz egg noodles (cooked al dente)
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and cook egg noodles until al dente; drain well.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, browned beef, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
- Fold in half of the cheddar cheese into the mixture and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
