  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion and bell pepper until softened (about 5 minutes). Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Mix in drained beans and taco seasoning; simmer for about 3 minutes.
