  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions
