  • 200g egg noodles
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red or yellow)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and slicing bell peppers.
  2. Cook the egg noodles in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and sliced bell peppers; sauté for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in red chili flakes to release their aroma.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet along with soy sauce and sesame oil; toss everything together for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
