  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cowboy butter (see below for recipe)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. If using metal skewers, skip this step.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter with garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Thread kielbasa and potato pieces alternately onto soaked skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C). Grill skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until potatoes are tender.
