  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus additional for topping)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking sheet or loaf pan and shape into an 8-inch loaf.
  4. Spread additional ketchup on top for glaze.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
