- 1 cup kimchi (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp sesame oil (plus extra for frying)
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients, chopping the green onions and setting aside the kimchi and baked beans.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm baked beans and half of the kimchi until bubbling.
- In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the remaining kimchi and sauté for 3 minutes until fragrant.
- In the same pan as the kimchi, add more sesame oil if necessary and crack in the eggs. Fry until whites are set but yolks remain runny, about 4 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm baked beans in bowls topped with sautéed kimchi and fried eggs. Garnish with green onions.
