- 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Prepare your pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes & salmon: Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Nestle the salmon fillets among them, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook the salmon: Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through; flip gently to maintain integrity.
- Toss everything together: Remove salmon, shred into large chunks, then add cooked pasta back to the skillet along with fresh basil and lemon juice. Toss gently.
- Finish with Parmesan & serve: Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving warm.
