- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a plate.

- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker. Mix beef broth with Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch; pour over the meatballs.
