  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. While grilling, whisk together sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the creamy garlic sauce.
