- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
- 1 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut large squares of aluminum foil (about 12×12 inches) for each packet.
- In the center of each foil square, layer ground beef followed by bell peppers and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the sides of the foil tightly to seal each packet.
- Cook on the grill for 25-30 minutes or in the oven until meat is cooked through and cheese is melted.
- Carefully open packets (watch out for steam) and serve.
