  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare two large sheets of aluminum foil.
