  • 2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until sandy. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar while mixing until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  3. Mix in eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until just blended.
  4. Gently fold in chopped apples using a spatula.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool completely in the fridge for at least four hours before drizzling warm caramel sauce over before serving.
