  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions
