Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp marinara sauce
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut out circles using a large cup or cookie cutter.
  4. On half of each circle, place 2-3 slices of pepperoni and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add a teaspoon of marinara sauce on top of the cheese.
  6. Fold the dough over to form semi-circles and press the edges with a fork to seal.
  7. Lightly spray each pocket with olive oil and arrange in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
