- 1 lb flank or sirloin steak
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
- Season steak with salt and pepper; grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest before slicing.
