  • 1 ripe avocado (about 150g)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
