  • 3 cups cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, add egg noodles, and cook until al dente. Drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté cubed chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Fold in cooked noodles, sautéed chicken, frozen vegetables, and half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
