  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash all vegetables under cool water; slice bell peppers into strips, zucchini into half-moons, broccoli into bite-sized pieces, and carrots into thin rounds.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; add olive oil until shimmering.
  3. Add minced garlic; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add all prepared vegetables to the pan; stir frequently for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce and season with salt and pepper; stir well to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately as a side dish or toss into salads or grain bowls.
