- 4 large Portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, green onions, lemon juice, thyme, parsley, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Gently fold in panko breadcrumbs until evenly distributed.
- Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and additional panko breadcrumbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
